Please read these terms carefully before using the Voderia platform.
By accessing or using the Voderia platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Voderia operates on a monthly subscription model. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You agree not to use Voderia to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or equivalent). Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
All platform software, designs, and AI models remain the intellectual property of Voderia LLC and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or create through the platform.
Voderia LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access ceases and data is deleted per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
