How Voderia collects, uses, and protects your information.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, phone), usage data generated by your use of the platform (campaign activity, message delivery logs, analytics), and technical data (IP address, browser type, session identifiers).
We use your data to provide and improve the Voderia platform, process transactions, send service communications, generate AI Intelligence reports, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (including Anthropic for AI processing, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, and payment processors). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign and message logs are retained for 24 months. Upon account cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days unless required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel subject to strict access controls.
