AI: text reply 0.5, automated call 2.5/min, AI Voice Agent 10/min, AI Video Agent 20/min. Inbound messages, Vera, and Intelligence are always free.
No. Credits reset on your billing cycle date and do not roll over. You can purchase top-up credit packs at any time from inside the platform.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You're never locked in.

Privacy & Security
Yes. All traffic is encrypted in transit, data is encrypted at rest, and payments are handled by Stripe — card data never touches Voderia. GDPR and LFPDPPP (ARCO) tooling is built in: one-click export, right to be forgotten, consent and audit logs, and retention controls. We never sell your data.
