A credit is consumed each time the platform delivers a message or initiates a call. SMS costs 1 credit, Email 0.5, WhatsApp/Meta 2, and Voice Calls 3 per minute. Your plan credits reset monthly.
No. Credits reset on your billing cycle date and do not roll over. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time from inside the platform.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
